Dena Sander

Dena Sander is the Broker and Owner of No Limits Realty, LLC based in downtown Fort Myers. Dena is rare breed, a Native Floridian! Born and raised in Bradenton, Florida, Dena has called The Sunshine State her home her entire life. She attended Florida State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The College of Business.

Today, Dena uses her marketing skills to help Fort Myers owners get their homes sold or rented. Dena has been helping buyers and sellers since 2005, when she became a licensed real estate agent and earned her Realtor designation. In 2013, Dena decided to further her Real Estate career with her Broker license and proceeded to open No Limits Realty, LLC.

Living in Fort Myers since 1999, Dena has seen substantial growth in the Fort Myers area and enjoys helping newcomers learn about all Southwest Florida has to offer. She has been following the growth and development of downtown Fort Myers, since the Duany plan was first completed in 2003. She has seen the redevelopment poise Fort Myers for unique urban living where you can live, work and play, all in walkable city with historic charm. Outside of Real Estate, she, her husband and two boys have fun going to Dolphins football games, traveling and just enjoying life. If you are looking for them, you can often find them at the fields, with their boys, that both play competitive soccer.

Dena previously served as Treasurer of the Alta Mar Condominium Association, volunteers with both her kids’ schools and teams, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Prior to working in Real Estate, Dena was a Series 7 Financial Advisor and Senior Project Manager with an integrated marketing company. She always had a love for real estate, and now helps buyers, sellers and landlords in Fort Myers with a “No Limits” approach.

Lynn Zenczak

Lynn Zenczak is a native to Southwest Florida and a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University. Lynn’s career began in 2001, following graduation with EarthMark Companies. During this time, Lynn attained her Florida Real Estate Sales License and worked as a sale representative for new home sales for their luxury properties located in Fort Myers, Key Largo and Tampa. Lynn also oversaw the marketing and sales of their wetland mitigation credits as Regional Director of Sales working with real estate developers, state and local governments, school districts and any other entities impacting wetlands and endangered species habitat for their development projects.

In 2008, Lynn joined Mitigation Marketing, Inc. as Director of Sales where she managed the sales and marketing for Big Cypress Mitigation Bank, Corkscrew Regional Mitigation Bank, Hillsborough River Mitigation Bank and several other mitigation properties located throughout Florida. In 2010, Lynn branched off to start LZ Mitigation Services, LLC. She continues to oversee the sales from Big Cypress Mitigation Bank and Jack’s Branch Mitigation Bank. Lynn also assists her clients by identifying and acquiring mitigation solutions for unavoidable wetland and endangered species impacts throughout Florida. In 2016, Lynn joined No Limits Realty, LLC where she assists buyers, sellers and investors with their real estate needs in Southwest Florida.

Lynn has been member of the Florida Association of Mitigation Bankers, Florida Association of Environmental Professionals and the Urban Land Institute. She also served on the Calusa Nature Center Board of Trustees for 6 years including 2 years as President. Lynn is a member of the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association and National Association of Realtors.
